1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- The return request must be made within 2 days of the delivery date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom-made or personalized Chadar.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance.
- Any item that is damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear and tear.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Receive Return Instructions: We will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including the address where you should send your item.
3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Processing Time: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Exchanges
